A clerk magistrate in Worcester District Court found enough evidence on Thursday to move forward with charging Aaron Dungca, a health instructor and the head coach of the freshmen football team, with accosting and disturbing a member of the opposing sex in September.

The statement of facts filed in support of the criminal complaint request states that after “(She) gave the orders and started to walk away, the man said, ‘May I ask you a question?'”
“If I give you $20, will you show me your breasts?” reports claim he said. Detective Sgt. Scott Mills of Auburn stated, “He used another word (that indicated) breasts.” “(The girl) shouted, ‘No, Perv!’ and ran off crying,” the records state.
