Both my young girls returned home with a bucket full of candy after last night’s Halloween. Cheap mass produced candy, evil capitalism at work to destroy their health and turn them into despondent consumers, right? Well, nothing indeed beats capitalism on a tip of a friend my wife Irene, offered both girls cash in return for 75% of the content of their buckets. And without any negotiation they jumped at that offer and played with a collection of dollars, quarters and dimes for the rest of the day.
